HJC Maintenance now Brandywine Aviation

As of September 16th, 2004 Brandywine Aviation, Inc. has opened up our maintenance facility in the current maintenance hangar.

As of September 16, HJC Maintenance is now Brandwine Aviation. Mike Gettz and Jeff Schans who both have an A&P; with an Inspection authorizations have taken over the business from HJC-East.

With this opportunity the labor rates have been lowered to $57.50 per hour. Annual inspections, Engine Exchanges and general aircraft maintenance will still be done with the same great service.

Mike Gettz has over 15 years of experience with engines and twin engine Cessna's having worked at Quest and Aero Taxi were 310's were used for charter and cargo. He also worked in the engine shop on various engines. Also included in his experience is engine exchanges on DC-3's and Stearman's.

Jeff Schans has over 12 years experience working on aircraft. He was the assistant to the Director of Maintenance at Chester County Aviation for 5 years and the Maintenance Manager for Harrisburg Jet Center.

Both mechanics have their multi-engine ratings and are instrument rated. Please call if you need work done to your aircraft or have questions.
