West Chester, PA, April 5, 2006 - Avionics Training Unlimited, Philadelphia's Top-Rated Avionics and Instrument Flight Training Center, Opens New Facility at Brandywine Airport

Avionics Training Unlimited is proud to announce the opening of its state of the art training center at the Brandywine Airport in West Chester, PA. Dedicated to improving the way pilots and aircraft owners learn, use, and master advanced technologies, Avionics Training Unlimited is a leading flight and ground training provider specializing in avionics training, including:

  • Garmin GNS 430/530 and GNS480 receivers
  • FAA-accepted GPS workshops for all experience levels featuring hands-on practice using actual GPS equipment
  • Instrument recurrency flight and ground training with emphasis on avionics usage, including GPS and autopilots
  • Expert on late-model Bonanza training
  • Glass cockpit training, including Avidyne Entegra and Garmin G1000
  • Individual and group training sessions available

Owned and operated by Master CFI and Master Ground Instructor Judy Cadmus (2005 FAA Eastern Region CFI of the Year), Avionics Training Unlimited has been providing flight and ground instruction in southeastern Pennsylvania since 1997.

Through our hands-on FAA accepted GPS workshops, and advanced flight and ground training, we enable customers to safely and effectively learn the proper use and integration of the avionics installed in their aircraft., says Cadmus.

In addition to its training programs, Avionics Training Unlimited regularly contributes its services to the aviation community. As a volunteer FAA Aviation Safety Counselor, Cadmus is a frequent presenter at FAA pilot safety seminars conducted at the Helicopter Museum located at Brandywine Airport, and is a contributor to the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) annual sweepstakes airplane giveaway.
